This is a great opportunity to help a family in need. There are parish events as well as school events to raise funds and secure gift items. Students participate in various activities to raise money for the family such as out of uniform days, rock paper scissors tournaments, coin drives, etc. At the culmination of drive, there is a Wrap Party to wrap the gifts
If you join this event team, you will help plan and facilitate fundraiser events for the students, implement incentives, and organize the gift wrapping party for the school. In addition, help is needed on the committee to coordinate with the team to secure items needed for the family and implement fundraising ideas throughout the parish and community.
If you would like to volunteer for this event, please contact the chairperson:

In this fundraiser you will not only get the chance to sell the pasties (meat and veggies in pastry dough) but also the chance to make them. No experience is required and it is guaranteed to be a fun time! Pasty making is a great event that brings the school and parish families together as a team to produce little bundles of deliciousness.
If you join this event team, you will help with promoting the sale of the pasties, ordering supplies, organizing volunteers, preparations for baking (making dough, chopping veggies, cooking the meat and assembling them), helping with sorting orders, and delivering orders. This event takes a lot of volunteers to pump out thousands of pasties in a few short days!

The Masquerade Ball is the biggest event we hold at QPCS. Is a 21+ event open to school families, the parish and community. It's a night full of good food, beverages, raffles, games, live and silent auctions, dancing and fun….Oh and the must visit photobooth. It takes a lot of behind the scenes work to make this event happen and flow smoothly. There are many different opportunities to help, with many different levels of time commitment needed. This event is ALL hands on deck!
If you join this event team, prior to the event, committee members are needed to help with promoting the event, seeking out sponsors and donations, advertising and promotion, silent auction, raffles, games, helping with set up and take down (these tend to be the biggest needs), assisting during the event with ticket sales, jokers wild cards, board sales, silent auction set up and take down, beverage station, and appetizer prep.
We are specifically looking for someone to help with the silent auction.
